Hi, there!  Thank you for taking time to visit my website.  I am a natural light photographer who specializes in newborn, maternity, couples, family and candid portraits.  

I am a native of Japan, born and raised in Osaka.  My passion for photography was born while I was attending high school.  My father purchased a Pentax 35mm film SLR when he was in college and gave it to me before a vacation.  I travelled to South East Asia I came across a group of school kids.  They were very poor and only had a single soccer ball to play with.  I thought to myself, "awe, these poor kids."  I began to photograph them. I travelled all over the region from Thailand to Vietnam to Cambodia and developed a great interest in photographing people.  After I returned from my trip I developed the film and and processed the photos myself.  The most amazing thing happened as I watched the images appear in the developing fluid.  The kids were happy, full of joy and didn't feel poor at all.  It's amazing what you can capture in the moment.  From that day on, I've loved portrait photography because the images that appear show the true emotion of the people you are photographing.

Since then I had a break from photography as I went to college and started a family. I am the mother of three children who are my everything along with my amazing husband who is my rock. I am a family oriented person and I love spending time with my family. Photographing families, capturing them in a way that is unique, romantic, artistic, and full of life, is my way of giving that gift to others. Let me help you capture those happy smiles.

-I am based in Guam, also travel to Okinawa and Osaka occasionally.
